Penn Yan offers fast & convenient access to local grocer's as well as a host of local shops, restaurants & breweries. Neighboring lake towns Geneva and Canadaguia are 20 minutes away, as well as Hammondsport, located on the southern-end of Keuka lake. Recently named 'Coolest Small Town in America, Hammondsport is consistently recognized as one of the great destination in the Finger Lakes, known for its authentic charm, scenery and constant activity.

The Vineyard sits in the heart of Finger Lakes Wine Country and enjoys immediate access to the prestigious Keuka Lake Wine Trail and is only a 15 minute drive to the western shore of Seneca Lake, home to over 60 wineries, making it the most traveled wine trail in the region.

From the back porch of The Vineyard, you can literally walk 100 yards to Keuka Springs Vineyard, one of the most decorated & prestigious wineries in the Finger Lakes - Winery of the year in 2016 and winner of three prestigious Governors Cups.
